Yesterday, Robin Konie of Thank Your Body shared great tips on how to include stretching into your regular routine. Today I’m excited to announce that she is giving away one copy of her ebook, Pain Free: 60 exercises for pain free living, to one of you lucky readers!
I’ve really enjoyed incorporating some of these stretches into my nightly stretching routine. Her directions are easy to follow and there are lots of beautiful pictures to help you understand what to do!
This time I’m going to make the giveaway really simple. Please just leave a comment below letting Robin know why you’d like to win a copy of her ebook. You’ll have until 12:01 am MST on Thursday, February 7th. I’ll then announce the winner on the blog later that day.
Why would you like to win a copy of Pain Free?

Hey Robin,
I’d like to win the e-book cos I want to do something for my sore back. Hoping to find a solution from your e-book. Thanks.
Cheryl.
I love to stretch and would love to learn more!
I desperately need to start stretching consistently and would love to have some guidance.
I would like to have this book because I have chronic back pain and chronic knee pain.
I have an undiagnosable hormone imbalance, and lately I’m never without stomach pain… I’ve tried so many things and nothing works. No doctors can tell me what’s wrong. I’m a bit desperate. I would love to read this book. Thanks!
Hi.. I have Ankylosing Spondilitis and rhematoid arthritis and have just stopped taking Immune system suppressants.. Don’t have a lot of movement capability right now… And lots of life yet to live!
Hi. I am juggling diagnoses of fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, and a few other things. I am also a cancer survivor. I am a confirmed believer in the beauty and efficacy of regular stretching – and I would love to see how you have tweaked it to bring us a new incarnation! I have many things I still would like to do, and I am sure my body would love getting ready to do them by stretching!
My name is Moriah Jordan Miller, and I am 19 years old. For years I have complained of lower back pain, but it was ignored, and I tried not to pay attention to it. Last year, in August, while I was gardening, I bent down (at the waist) to pull weeds, and I felt a burning pain in my lower back. In just a few minutes I could not longer bend at the waist, and had to “penguin wabble” to move around. I couldn’t sit, I had to lay down. I had to go slow, and had pain sleeping. After 6 months, I can now do everyday things with ease, I can walk normal, bend at the waist with a smaller angle (I practice squatting now, however), and get less comments for “looking like an old person” when I get up when sitting down.
But the pain is still there, and I am always aware of it. I want to become limber again, and to move like others my age, and to keep it that way, as best as I can.
I would love an opportunity to win a copy of your ebook “Pain Free: 60 Exercises for Pain Free Living” so I can become pain free, and live.
Hi, my name is Linda and I am 55 years old.I have been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia for the last 20 years. In the past two weeks I have had a torn rotator cuff repair, carpal tunnel release and a microdiscectomy in my lumbar spine. My exercise of choice is walking, but I would love to learn of ways to increase my core strength and flexibility that can help me to have a safe speedy recovery and avoid future problems with chronic pain (and hopefully no more surgery). Thanks for offering this opportunity to win this book. Linda Murley
I have lost so much flexibility and I really want to get back into stretching since it makes me feels worlds better. I am an older (40+) mom of 2 little kids and I want to get fit and healthy so I can be fully present and active with them. Also, my mother suffers from a lot of chronic pain due to degenerative disc disease and bad knees. I really want to help her be able to exercise also. This book seems like it would help us both. Thanks for the opportunity!
Just what I need for the new year!
I would love a copy of your book because I’m always in pain. I do lots of stretching but the older I get, the more I’m in need. Helpful hints on what else I could do would make such a difference.
Thanks!
I would absolutely love to win this book as I have had ME (CFS) for 5 years, am housebound and can no longer do any normal exercise without suffering from post exertional neuroimmune exhaustion and potentially further damaging my cells. I feel this book would provide me with the tools to enable me to exercise gently and safely and promote recovery. Thank you for the opportunity to win!
I would love to have a copy of your e-book. Thanks for giving us a chance to win one!
I would like to win this book because I’ve been constantly uncomfortable for almost the last year due to pregnancy and recovery.
I’d love to win this book because I feel like Robin is someone who understands what real health is about. I have PCOS, so I find it hard to have energy at times. Most exercises backfire and make me gain weight and increase my fatigue. I’m hoping that something like this will work with my body instead of against it.
I would love a copy of your book because there are lots of people in my family suffering from chronic pain and I would like to be able to help them. I also have chronic back pain and can’t even lift my daughter out of her crib. I would love to know how to strengthen my back!
I’ve been looking longingly at this book for months, knowing that I have to click away because we cannot afford anything right now. I have been in pain for 8 years. I need this book.
i have been wanting to purchase this book but waiting for the right moment, for myself because i love different images and exercises to give variety to exercises i do and because some days one thing will work and another won’t. i also want to get one for my mom because she is trying to find more natural ways of healing and managing pain (fibromyalgia), and i think this could give her some options she hasn’t come across before.
I just been diagnosed with chronic pain, and the prospect of your assistance is very welcoming. I have five children under seven and love to introduce to them the concepts in this book. We have for two years now lived a life of cooking from scratch and this book looks like it would compliment this perfectly.
