Eating real food means we have lots of jars to fill with all sorts of homemade goodies.  Today is when we share all sorts of real food recipes, tips, and thoughts to help each other fill our jars.

I’ll be choosing a few of my favorite posts each week to share in The Reading Corner.  Be sure to check back and see if you were selected!

Fill Those Jars Friday Guidelines

1.  Real food only. – No artificial ingredients or processed food.  If you need help with the types of ingredients for your recipes and tips, you can read this guide put out by the WAPF.
