I did Intro GAPS a couple different times last year, but didn’t feel like I had enough knowledge or support so I would love this book so I can try it again!

  2. I am embarking on a journey to heal my endocrine system and so much of it is tied to the gut. I expect that GAPS might help get me started on my healing journey! :)

  5. Jessica N says:

I have been trying to get my whole family on th e GAPS diet and the book would help move the transition along.

  6. Lori R says:

I purchased this e-book last year and it has been invaluable! I encourage everyone to enter to win the e-book, but even if you don’t win, you won’t be disappointed if you spend the money to purchase the e-book. I scoured the internet, and there is really nothing like this out there. Transitioning to GAPS Intro isn’t the easiest, (no change is easy), and this e-book lays out every step so simply. I LOVED it!

  7. Amy says:

I’m new to the whole GAPS diet idea, so any help is much appreciated!

  8. Christy says:

I’m not familiar with GAPS and think it would be nice to have an introduction. Love the new look of your site!

    • Mindy says:

Thanks, Christy! It’s definitely a bit help in grasping what GAPS is all about. Thanks for stopping by!

  9. Lori U says:

    Hi Mindy,
I know I need to start GAPS and keep putting it off out of fear of the first 30 days. This book would make me get serious about healing my gut.
Congrats on successfully completing your first year!! I used to attend the Boulder group meetings before we moved to Carlsbad, CA. It’s great to find your blog and I’ll look you up on FB.
    Lori

    • Mindy says:

Hi Lori! It’s great to hear from you. I remember you from the Boulder chapter meetings! I hope life is going well for you in Carlsbad. :-)

I would also recommend starting with the full GAPS diet, especially if you’re worried about the intro portion. You can get so much out of full GAPS, and then always try intro once you’re comfortable with the full diet.

  10. Claire says:

I love the new look of your blog! I’m still toying with the idea of doing GAPS.

  11. I have done GAPS intro for a week and was SO SICK of eating the same thing all the time. I would love some new ideas

  12. Jennifer says:

I would love, love, love to win this! My family and I are starting GAPS intro early this fall and I’m in need of ideas and support to make it as easy and pain free as possible.

  13. Tina says:

What a fantastic book that I’m sure I need to read! I started GAPS 5 months ago, and it’s a bit of a struggle to find things to eat- let alone recipes to make, so that food is appealing to me.
I am spending more time reading, prepping and cooking meals than I ever have and any bit of help would be great!

  14. Jessica F says:

I have been following WAPF principles (loosely) for years. I am wanting to get more serious and eliminate additional foods in order to help alleviate some health problems.

  15. Kate says:

Struggling with health issues has gotten old. Discouraged? Yup. Winning a copy of this would be simply wonderful…motivation, inspiration, blessing! thanks for the chance :)

  16. Jessica says:

I started full GAPS a couple months ago. I skipped Intro because I wasn’t sure if I needed it and because I was a bit clueless as to how to implement it. I would like to go back and do Intro. This e-book would be a huge help!

  17. Nikki says:

I would love to have the ebook so that I can prepare myself to be successful throughout each stage of the program. I am excited to read even more about how to help myself and others with healing their gut and changing their way of thinking about food!

  18. Darleen Schoen says:

Our family discovered GAPS at the last WAPF conference. Initially, I dabbled with recipes and menus, and quite honestly, I struggled with the whole pre-planning and time elements and gave up. Another intro at this point is exactly what I need to get my family back on board with GAPS the right way!
